Context
Naturgy is one of Spain’s largest energy providers. Ironically, its biggest competitor is the sun. Since not every household in Spain has radiators or access to natural gas, the company has long focused on expanding its residential network across the country.

Challenge
Convince homeowners to install natural gas systems despite the fact that heating is only needed for a few months each year in many regions of Spain

Role
For more than five years, I developed the scripts and oversaw the production of multiple campaigns, finding new and engaging ways each year to communicate the same core message from a fresh perspective.

Outcome
The campaigns contributed to consistent customer growth and helped expand Naturgy’s residential network by approximately 30% during my time on the account.
